What is Leadership Agility 360?

Leadership Agility 360 assesses leaders across three researched levels of agility:

  • Catalyst: Leads transformative change, builds agile organizations, and inspires creative solutions—only about 10% of leaders operate at this level.

The tool evaluates agility across four key dimensions:

  • Stakeholder agility: Aligning diverse stakeholders’ perspectives.

  • Creative agility: Innovative problem-solving in complex scenarios.

  • Self-leadership agility: Proactively seeking feedback and experimenting with new behaviors.

Leaders are rated in three practical "action arenas": leading organizational change, improving team performance, and engaging in pivotal conversations. Feedback is specific, behavior-based, and delivered through an intuitive report and structured action plan, with support from our certified coaches.

  • Orientation Session: Introduces the leadership agility framework, the assessment instrument, and prepares clients for the feedback process.

  • Debrief Session: Provides a detailed review of the 360-degree feedback results, identifying current agility levels and growth opportunities.

  • Action Planning Session: Supports clients in creating a clear, behaviorally-specific action plan with mindset shifts to develop leadership agility.

  • Three Coaching Sessions: Offers personalized coaching to guide clients through applying their action plan and practicing new leadership behaviors. These sessions can be extended as needed at additional cost.

  • Completion Session: Finalizes the coaching process, reviews progress, and establishes next steps for continued leadership development.
