Ten years of exploring better ways of working
Agile Journeys started in 2016 with a simple purpose: to explore and share better ways for people, teams and organizations to work together.
What began with Agile and Lean evolved through years of practical experience with startups, scale-ups and large organizations across different industries and cultures.
Along the way, the journey expanded beyond Agile practices and frameworks.
We learned that sustainable performance depends on the whole system: how teams collaborate, how organizations are designed, how decisions are made, how leaders create the conditions for people to thrive, and how technology enables new possibilities.
Today, that journey continues as tandi.
From Agile Journeys to tandi
Over the years, Agile Journeys explored and applied ideas from Agile, Lean, Business Agility, organizational design, self-management, customer centricity, DevOps, team effectiveness, culture and leadership.
Each experience added another piece to the picture.
The question gradually evolved from:
How can we become more Agile?
to:
How can we create organizations where people and technology work together to deliver better outcomes?

Agile Journeys remains part of our history.
The experiences, experiments, successes, failures and lessons accumulated over the years became part of the foundation for what tandi is today.
The name has changed. The scope has evolved. The journey continues.
