About the trainer

Javier brings over 19 years of experience working with startups, scale-ups, and corporates across industries such as aviation, telecommunications, healthcare, banking and finance, betting, education, retail, and transport. He has more than 12 years of expertise in Business Agility, helping organisations adapt, evolve, and thrive.

He supported the successful adoption of LeSS and Sociocracy 3.0 at Derivco Sweden with 70+ people. He was part of the Agile Transformation at Danske Bank inspired by the Spotify Innovative Culture with a scope of 4700+ people. Supported a program with 150+ people at Novartis in the journey to scale the ways of working. Enabled an Innovative and Customer-Centric Culture at Sunrise by supporting the Digital Transformation with an initial scope of 300+ people. Currently, he is supporting Next Stage Teams at Lufthansa Group’s Digital Hangar, working with Swiss Airlines.

He will share insights and experiences from these organisations as well as from other inspirational cases, such as Carma and Learnosity, highlighting examples of Next Stage Teams in action.

Over the past decade, Javier has trained dozens of teams and hundreds of individuals, helping them unlock their potential through new ways of working.
