In this workshop, we help organisations to improve the dynamics in their crews by reviewing the unFIX patterns that are most helpful to overcome the current challenges in your crews. On top of that, we will discuss as well findings regarding the impact of AI on versatile organisations. This workshop unfolds the Improving Dynamics Starter Kit. Format
The training is split into different online small slots throughout the day. It allows people to go through the material, reflect on their context between sessions and come back with scenarios to be discussed in the group.
Class size
We limit the online class to up to 6 people.
Time
The workshop is held online and starts at 08:00 am and ends at 05:00 pm (CET). There will be short rest breaks as desired.
